Connie ensured us this was just the case on the photo and everything was perfectly aligned. We continued the order and received 500 wrongly aligned unusable envelopes. We contacted Connie and she said a margin up to 5 mm is normal for black foil. This wasn't mentioned upfront, and foil stamp wasn't even our first wish. We changed it upon her advice. No refund was made, no more communication happend, messages and e-mails are ignored and we now have 500 unusable wrongly aligned envelopes for 800 euros. We contacted a other company and they made it in 1 week with spot uv and matte lamination correctly aligned. For less then half of what we paid her and almost 6x times faster.
